Hi, I'm Nicholai, a landscape and cityscape photographer with a passion for exploring the world through a camera.

Wherever I go, I find myself searching for compositions, interesting light, and the small details that can transform an ordinary scene into a compelling image. I love those moments when creativity takes over, time disappears, and I become completely immersed in the process of making photographs.

For me, photography is a lifelong journey of learning and discovery. There is always something new to explore, a different perspective to find, or a new way to tell a visual story. Rather than chasing perfection, I focus on enjoying the process and continually developing my skills and creative vision.

Landscape and cityscape photography are equally close to my heart. I am inspired by both the beauty of nature and the character and atmosphere of cities. My travels across Europe have taken me to remarkable places such as Tuscany, the Dolomites, Mont Saint-Michel, Lake Bled and Hallstatt, each leaving a lasting impression and shaping my photographic journey.

Today, I have settled down in Porto, Portugal, where I continue to explore the city's unique charm and the beautiful landscapes that surrounds it.

Alongside my photographic work, teaching photography has become one of my greatest passions. I enjoy helping beginner photographers gain confidence with their cameras, understand photography in a simple and approachable way, and create images they can be proud of.

My goal is to help others discover the same enjoyment, creativity, and sense of exploration that photography has given me over the years.
